At FirstLight® Home Care, we’re dedicated to hiring the kind of people we would trust with our own families for full or part-time positions. We’re currently searching for quality caregivers who are committed to making a difference in the lives of others for our clients in the Castle Rock/Parker area. For these folks, caregiving is not just a job – it’s a calling.
Caregiver responsibilities include:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Preparing and serving meals
- Help with personal care such as bathing and grooming
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Shopping, errands, and transportation
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required - we will train)
- Be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Be able to execute full range of motion such as bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, lifting
- Have reliable transportation to be able to get to client homes
- Be available to transport clients on errands or to appointments (mileage reimbursed)
- Be willing to travel up to 25+ miles to see clients in surrounding areas (mileage/time reimbursed)

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
FirstLight hires Caregivers, Home Health Aides, CNAs, Care Coordinators, Companion Care and Personal Care Assistants who have a genuine desire to enrich the lives of others and help them have their best day, every day. Our professional caregivers provide safety, comfort and companionship for adults who need support. But we do more than make a meal or help with mobility. We establish meaningful relationships built on trust and respect.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a local franchisee.
